肖青,男,1985年6月出生,博士。主要从事电力系统仿真计算、可再生能源并网分析、Copula理论等领域的研究工作。主持湖南省教育厅一般项目一项。近年来,在国内外学术期刊和国际学术会议上发表学术论文18篇,其中SCI收录15篇。
